1、首先打开中空玻璃打胶机的气泵开关,电源总开关,控制台开关,在控制台按手动按钮,然后在显示屏上找到原 点设定,点击辅助原 点设定,然后点击头部原 点设定,注意原 点设定时避免头部和辅助吸盘碰撞.设定好之后返回设定玻璃厚度,输入完以后,点击设置进入.等命令位置和当前位置数值一致即可

2、打开一桶胶按钮,按工作选择拍胶启动,在按伐开.此时胶头已经出胶,等看不见白胶,以混均匀以后按伐关,在按链接生产线,此时可以自动打胶.开始打胶要看每条边每个角打胶是否均匀

3、如果需要调整打胶机的压力,可以在屏幕上点击返回找到密封配方,会显示当前密封压力,如果每条边都缺胶,那么可增加压力,压力大胶量大,压力小胶量就小.如果发现某条边胶量不够时,在密封配方中会显示有向上密封,上部密封,向下密封,和下部密封,开始打胶的那条边就是向上密封,然后顺序从上

4、中空玻璃打胶机如果发下只有某条边胶少或胶多时,调整扫描胶量细微调整,数值大胶量就大,数值小胶量就小.然后说下到末端伐关的距离,数值大,胶嘴到末端胶量少,数值小胶量大
