中空玻璃设备机械零件设计的基本要求

中空玻璃设备由机械零件组成。因此,设计的中空玻璃加工设备是否满足中空玻璃机械生产要求将起决定性作用。因此,对中空玻璃加工设备零件应提出以下基本要求:

1、强度,刚度和寿命要求

(3)寿命:提高零件耐疲劳性的主要措施是:降低应力集中,确保零件具有足够的尺寸,并改善零件的表面质量。提高零件耐腐蚀性的主要措施是:选择耐腐蚀材料和各种防腐蚀表面保护措施。至于磨损问题以及耐磨性和抗蠕变性的提高,请参考相关专着。
(3) Life: the main measures to improve the fatigue resistance of parts are to reduce the stress concentration, ensure that the parts have enough size, and improve the surface quality of parts. The main measures to improve the corrosion resistance of parts are: selection of corrosion-resistant materials and various anti-corrosion surface protection measures. As for the wear problem and the improvement of wear resistance and creep resistance, please refer to the relevant monograph.
2、结构工艺性要求

中空玻璃加工设备零件应具有良好的结构可制造性。也就是说,在一定的生产条件下,零件应该容易且经济地生产,并且易于组装成中空玻璃加工设备。零件的结构可制造性应来自零件。考虑并重视毛坯制造,机械加工和装配等若干生产环节,以使零件的结构完全满足上述方面的要求。
